Thirsk Racecourse Season Tickets Giveaway – Facebook Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Thirsk Racecourse and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

2. How to Enter:

Entry into the competition is made by:
- Liking the giveaway post on Thirsk Racecourse Facebook page.
- Sharing the post.
- Commenting and tagging one friend.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

3. Prize:

One winner will be chosen at random and will receive two season tickets to Thirsk Racecourse for the 2024 Season, allowing entry to all 15 fixtures. The total prize value is £300.

4. Competition Period:

The competition opens on 15/11/2023 and closes at 15/12/2023. Entries received after this date will not be considered.

The winners will be notified via Facebook within 1 days of the selection date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 4 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

7. Publicity:

By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their names and images for promotional and publicity purposes.

8. Data Protection:

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

9. Changes to the Competition:

Thirsk Racecourse reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
