Grandstand, Paddock & Picnic Enclosure

The Grandstand Paddock and Picnic Enclosure – sometimes referred to as The Tattersalls Enclosure – provides viewing and seating, as well as access to the Parade Ring and Winner’s Enclosure.

There is a permanent adventure playground to enjoy and bouncy castles on-site at our Saturday meetings, Family Days and during the school holidays. All activities are provided free of charge for the children.

The Betting Ring and Betting Shop are situated in this enclosure, as well as betting windows and the bandstand, where you can enjoy live music throughout the day. There’s plenty of space for dancing!

This enclosure also boasts grandstand viewing, snacks, fast food outlets and bar facilities. You’re also very welcome to bring a picnic to eat in our designated picnic area.

In addition, our Park and View Ticket that admits your car of up to four adults into a specified trackside area within the Picnic Enclosure. This is ideal for car-boot picnics and for families who wish to enjoy a relaxed setting with a view of the track.

Family Ticket

Our new Family Ticket includes entry for two adults plus accompanied children into Grandstand Paddock and Picnic Enclosure. Now available for all racedays, this ticket can be pre-booked in advance for £25 and also bought on the day for £30.

Family Ticket holders are welcome to park in the public car park, however, should you wish to bring the car into the Park and View area we would advise purchasing the Park and View ticket instead.

Please enter via the Grandstand Entrances and any patrons attempting to admit without a child present will politely be asked to purchase adult admission.
