  1. Tickets/badges purchased allow entrance to the appropriate enclosure to view all races taking place on that day. Please note that Thirsk Racecourse Ltd. reserve the right to cancel, curtail or amend the advertised times and program at short notice should this be necessary, to comply with instructions from horse racing authorities, the police or public health authorities. Any refund in such circumstance will be determined within your statutory rights as a customer.
  2. Full price Day Tickets admit the holder to the appropriate enclosure.
  3. Any customer using a ticket obtained at a discount price for age or any other concession may be required to present documentary proof of age or membership credentials of any organisation supporting the concession. 6. The Club Membership Enclosure is subject to special conditions to maintain the quality of service we offer, and it is a requirement that you must accept these conditions at the time of booking. The dress code is smart; gentlemen are required to wear collar and tie. The Management reserves the right to cancel the badge of any Member who does not conform to the standards our Members expect.
