in the same transaction, discount will be applied automatically. A higher
rate of discount is applicable to single purchases of 50 or more. APPLIES ONLY

TICKETS WILL BE DESPATCHED 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE MEETING. Within 5-10 days of the fixture, dispatch will be by return. For
bookings made within 4 days or less of the fixture, you may be asked to collect
tickets from the Racecourse Office at least 2 hours before the start of racing.
When paying by cheque, please post at least 10 days in advance to allow
clearance. Fixture dates will be removed
from the above list approximately 4 days before the actual date.

522276. Current regulations allow refunds for ticket orders cancelled within 7 days
of purchase. Our usual policy is to consider tickets for refund up to 2 hours
before the start of the fixture to which they apply, by application in person to the Racecourse Office.
Any other replacement or refund will be given at the discretion of
'Thirsk Racecourse Ltd'. Please note that payment is accepted in
Sterling only (GB Pounds). Thirsk Racecourse Ltd is based within
the United Kingdom. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
