Individual owners are entitled to four complimentary Day Badges.
Syndicated horses receive six badges. Extra badges for bona-fide
syndicate members may be bought at a reduced price by prior
arrangement.
A recently constructed Owners and Trainers Bar overlooks the Parade
Ring and is available exclusively for owners and trainers with
runners on the day of racing. The bar contains toilet facilities, a
Tote Kiosk and a video replay facility for all races. There is a
ramp for wheelchair access and a disabled toilet facility.
The owners and trainers viewing area is situated in the east end
of the main stand at the top of the eastern staircase and
overlooking the Winning Post.
Stable Facilities
The racing stables are situated directly alongside the course
circuit , less than quarter of a mile beyond the finishing line.
There is direct access from the stable compound onto the course,
without the need to cross roads etc. Facilities in summary:
Stabling for 110 horses.
Straw, paper or woodchip bedding supplied FREE OF CHARGE.
On site veterinary facilities.
Hot and cold water.
Tack Boxes.
Hostel
Overnight accommodation for stable workers and jockeys is provided
in a purpose built hostel on the racecourse site, just 200 yards
from the racing stables.
40 beds available.
Separate facilities for ladies and gentlemen.
Subsidised canteen with easy chairs and TV.
