Private Viewing Boxes

Our private rooms vary in size, have their own viewing balcony overlooking the winning post, TV and race cards provided. Boxes are priced at £250 plus VAT to seat 10 guests and £450 plus VAT to seat 20 guests. For larger parties Boxes 4 and 5 have an adjoining door and can accommodate 40 guests at a cost of £900 plus VAT. In addition to this you will be required to purchase Club Admission badges @ £19 per person.

Catering is charged separately. All in packages are available for 18 guests or more in large boxes and 8 guests or more in small box, see below for details.

The Manton Suite - Upstairs

This is a large function room which can accommodate up to 100 guests for a sit down meal with 10 round tables of 10 people.  The cost of hiring the Manton Suite is £10 per head based on a minimum of 50 guests, therefore the minimum cost of hiring this facility is £500.  In addition to this you will be required to purchase Club Admission Badges @ £19 per person.  The room has its own Bar, TV. Tote Facilities and Race Cards are provided.   There is a balcony overlooking the Cherry Tree Gardens and Parade Ring.  There is also a lift and staircase plus toilet facilities including those for disabled guests.

Marquees

Marquees are set up as a private room but priced according to size with its own Bar, TV, Tote Facilities and Race Cards provided. In addition to this you will be required to purchase Club Admission badges @ £19 per person.
