| If you spend a full afternoon/evening at the races, you will need to
take account of your catering needs when choosing which enclosure to
purchase tickets for. For a full meal in formal surroundings, you
will need a Day/Member's Badge for the 'Club' Enclosure. Please note
that a 'collar and tie' dress code applies here. |

ADMISSION/CATERING PACKAGE DEALS FOR 2010 |
| Admission/Catering Packages
are bookable through this
website and by phone/post. The Dining Club Package is bookable
through CGC Events as shown below. CHAMPAGNE and SEAFOOD
BAR
First floor Club Bar in a prime location, overlooking the race
track. This package must be pre-booked (£39.50 in 2010).
Includes: Club Admission, selection of Fish or Meat Platter,
Dessert, glass of Champagne, Tote Placement Discount Voucher (£2 off
selected £5 bets). Cash bar and Tote
facilities available.
Pre-booked ticket holders will have exclusive use of the Seafood
Bar from the time the Course opens until the completion of the
first race. After that time, catering and bar services will also be
available to Club Badge holders.
EARLY BOOKING IS RECOMMENDED AS SOME DATES ARE LIKELY TO SELL
OUT. |
| PADDOCK PACKAGE
Pre-booked (at only £20 in 2010) to include: Paddock Admission, Dish
of the day, a pint or a glass of wine and a Tote Placement Discount
Voucher (£2 off selected £5 bets). |

Dining Club Package: Hambleton Restaurant |
|
OUR PREMIER PRE-BOOKED PACKAGE, at a fixed
price of £77.50 per person in 2010, which will include Club Admission, car
parking, race card, morning coffee & biscuits, 3 course lunch, half
bottle of house wine, afternoon tea. Cash bar available.
Tables can be reserved for the entire day, although the
management reserve the right to ask diners to share a table where
small numbers are involved. Closed circuit television coverage of
all races and a dedicated Tote facility is also available to diners.
