PRIVATE VIEWING BOXES (EXCLUSIVE OF CATERING)
Thirsk Racecourse has 6 Private Viewing Boxes with
balconies overlooking the track and these can accommodate
between 10 and 25 guests depending on the type of catering
and format of the box. The largest box has dimensions of 14ft
x 16ft and all the boxes were redecorated in 2011 with a unique character in fitting with the age of the grandstand. Please specify whether you would like Formal or Informal seating when enquiring.
Two of the boxes have an adjoining door which can be used as a double box to accommodate more guests and a personalised quotation can be obtained for this. Please note there is not automatically a bar in the box, this must be arranged with the caterers along with any other catering requirements. |

£99.95 Plus VAT per person - (minimum of 8 guests)

£119.95 Plus VAT per person - (minimum of 8
guests)
to include:

- Champagne Reception, served with light canapes (or served with more substantive hot and cold
canapes for evening meetings instead of Afternoon Tea)
- Delicious four-course, silver service luncheon or dinner
- Light Afternoon Tea, served towards the end of the day (evening meetings excepted)

Hospitality Package 3 - 'The Knights & Dames'
£79.95 Plus VAT per person - (minimum of 8 guests)
to include:
- Premier Enclosure car parking
- Premier Enclosure Entry & Badge
- The official colour racecard/programme and form guide
- Delicious selection of three hot and three cold dishes, served buffet-style along with roast potatoes, pilau rice, fresh salads and assorted breads
- Dessert, ground coffee and mints
- NB – Light Afternoon Tea can be added to the above for an additional £4.25 plus VAT per person

NB – The format
for the All Inclusive packages is slightly different for evening
meetings, with additional canapés instead of afternoon tea and
dinner instead of lunch.

Hospitality clients can arrange their choice of drinks on account or may choose to operate a cash bar* in their box. (*additional bar staff cost will be incurred).
Alternatively, clients may choose from Thirsk’s
‘All Inclusive’ drinks packages (either drinks package below may be combined with
any hospitality package above).
