The Hambleton Rooms offer a large banqueting/conference room with
an adjoining reception room,
providing fully contained facilitiies for up to 200 guests.
The 'Hambleton Rooms' is a suite situated within the main Racecourse
Grandstand. The main room measures 71 feet by 26 feet and there is
an adjoining smaller room, 20 feet by 26 feet.
The main room can be set formally
for a meal or a meeting, while the side room can be used for serving
coffee and allowing space for guests to circulate.
We can offer catering facilities,
from coffee and biscuits to finger buffet or a full set meal. These
are provided by regular caterers. Full meals are
set in tables of ten, as shown, up to a maximum of 200 places. Bar
services can be arranged with the caterers.
Function organisers may provide their
own electrical equipment. We are able to loan
certain items by arrangement if sufficient notice is given.
