Special Marquee Event: Who is it for?
On Saturday 31st July we're erecting a large hospitality marquee in the centre of the course to cope with the expected large demand for our 'Champagne and Seafood' package. Last year, the 'Seafood Bar' was sold out weeks in advance for this date, so we're substantially increasing the package numbers we can cater for, and at the same time improving the quality of service for all Day/Annual Badge holders.
Champagne and Seafood Package Customers
This package can be purchased in advance only (normally up to two days before the fixture, but in this instance we recommend that you book as early as possible as numbers will be limited). Book on line or over the phone. This package includes admission to the Club Enclosure, a meal and a drink, as detailed below. Tables for dining are exclusively for 'package' customers (but not individually reserved) until the time of the first race. Meals should be taken by this time, because customers without a booking have equal access after the first race.

The marquee will have champagne and 'half pint' bar facilities and outside there will be a 'Pimms Pagoda'.
Annual & Day Badge Holders
Customers holding Day or Annual Members' badges for the Club Enclosure will have
- Access to the The Seafood Restaurant at the top of the Grandstand steps from the time of the course opening.
- Access across the course to the marquee at no extra charge.
- Access to 'Pimms Pagoda' and 'Champagne' bar facilities throughout,
- 'Seafood' or 'Meat Platter' meals will be served subject to availability on an a la carte basis (after the first race in the marquee and from course opening in the Seafood Restaurant).
- Entertainment from a live band.
